Communicating with leaders can feel intimidating. Whether you’re sharing an idea, giving a presentation, or having a one-on-one conversation, power dynamics (both real and perceived) can make it harder to trust your voice, express your ideas clearly, or show up as your authentic self.

At the heart of it all, many women don’t believe they deserve to be heard by someone in authority, so they either stay silent or diminish their own self-importance.

Have you ever:

  • Felt intimidated by someone just simply because of their title?
  • Downplayed your strengths and skills when talking to a leader?
  • Stayed silent when you really had something important to say?
  • Felt that you were not important enough to speak to a leader?

It doesn’t have to be that way!

This workshop will help you overcome fear and self-doubt and build the courage to speak with confidence to leaders.
Across this interactive session, you’ll learn practical strategies about how to:

  • express yourself in a way that feels true to who you are, while also building trust, credibility, and connection with leaders
  • identify the barriers you create when communicating with leaders
  • speak about your work without downplaying your strengths
  • listen without assumptions and engage with leaders as humans rather than hierarchies
  • strengthen the belief that your voice is worth listening to

What to expect:

  • A safe learning environment: You will feel comfortable and encouraged to take yourself out of you comfort zone in order to learn and progress.
  • A transformative experience: A highly interactive and transformative experience for women ready to communicate with leaders with confidence and clarity.
  • Tools for enhancing your communication with leaders: A toolbox of strategies you can use to show up courageously and with increased self-assurance.
  • Support and feedback: You'll receive individual support and feedback every step of the way.

You can do this - you just need the tools, time to practice and quality support. Walk out the door with simple, actionable, life-changing strategies that you can use immediately and a renewed belief that your voice deserves to be heard!

Thank you, Kerry, for helping me become my best self after years in the shadows. I am no longer scared, embarrassed, or worried about what others think, I know now that we all deserve to be heard!
